T1 Monkey Shoulder Bar

T2 Glenmorangie

Glenmorangie 18 Year Old
Perfectly balanced and distinctive. A rare single malt scotch whisky of considerable vibrancy and finesse. Glenmorangie’s complex maturation techniques – time in ex-bourbon and Spanish Oloroso sherry casks – help to create a single malt with an extraordinary range of flavors. In 2023, the 18YO was a finalist at the Ultimate Spirits Competition (USC), and a gold medal winner at the New York International Spirits Competition (NYISC).

Glenmorangie 12 Year Old Original
The Original 12YO is the epitome of our house style and where all our whisky- making adventures begin. This silkier, creamier whisky takes The Original’s much-loved notes of orange, honey, vanilla, and peach to new heights.

Glenmorangie 14 Year Old Quinta Ruban
The 14 years that this liquid spends aging in bourbon casks and port casks from Portugal result in a whisky of voluptuous flavor combinations, much like stepping into a chocolate- minty-orange unknown.

Glenmorangie 12 Year Old Lasanta
The Glenmorangie Lasanta has spent ten years maturing in American White Oak ex-Bourbon barrels before being extra matured for two years in ex-Oloroso and renowned Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks from Jerez in Spain. The result is a Single Malt Scotch with luscious, soft, mouth-filling texture and a deep, enticing, sweet aroma.

T3 Michter’s Distillery

US*1 Barrel Strength Rye 

Since the 1990s, Michter's has worked to revive high-quality American Rye whiskey. The May 2015 release of Michter's US★1 Barrel Strength Rye was a major milestone in this effort. By entering the rye distillate into barrels at 103 proof—lower than the industry standard—Michter's prioritizes a richer, smoother, and more full-bodied whiskey, despite the added cost. Each single-barrel whiskey is bottled at its unique proof, usually between 107 and 112, offering a distinctive rye experience

Michter's Us1 Small Batch Kentucky Bourbon 

Deep amber with copper highlights. This bourbon is beautifully fragrant with notes of butterscotch, cinnamon, vanilla and ripe orange. The rich, round palate has a touch of sweetness followed by spice and lovely flavours of salted caramel, dried fruit and toasty oak. Flavours persist on the lengthy finish.

Michter's US-1 Original Small Batch Sour Mash Whiskey 

Michter's has revived a whiskey that was once their best seller. In a sour mash, a portion of the fermented mash from one batch is used to start the fermentation of the next. Burnt sugar, spice, tree fruit and vanilla notes up front, and ginger and black pepper on the finish. Pour with barbecued ribs or pecan pie.

Michter's US-1 Single Barrel Rye Whiskey 

Crazy-sweet aroma, full of caramel, vanilla and a slight floral touch. The bite comes first (and lingers awhile), followed by vanilla, caramel, coconut flavours. It mellows considerably with ice, and becomes quite likeable, drinkable and mild

Michter's US-1 Small Batch Unblended American Whiskey 

Pours deep amber. Aromas of vanilla, caramel, orange, hazelnut and ginger create a heady bouquet. Creamy butterscotch, hazelnut, dried mango, sweet corn and toast flavours inform the smooth palate. The finish lasts with notes of vanilla, clove and cinnamon. Pair with butter tarts, glazed ham or buttery aged cheddar.

T4 Ardbeg Single Malt Whisky

Ardbeg Spectacular
For the first time ever, Ardbeg Spectacular has been matured in rare port wine casks. Years in ex-bourbon and port wine casks have imparted a mesmerising array of bizarre notes. Fragrant lavender, vetiver and incense candles tumble into rich almond nuttiness. Deeper notes such as damp peat and woodsmoke introduce a daring double act of creosote and tar, before leather and minty chocolate leap across to sweet pear crumble and salted caramel fudge. A bewildering display of distilling, Ardbeg Spectacular. is a certifiable phenomenon of flavour. So come one, come all and feast your palate on the most extraordinary spirit ever to grace this occasion we call Ardbeg Day. Non chill filtered at 46.0 ABV%.

Ardbeg 10 Year Old
Ardbeg Ten Years Old is revered around the world as the peatiest, smokiest, most complex single malt of them all. Yet it does not flaunt the peat; rather it gives way to the natural sweetness of the malt to produce a whisky of perfect balance. The liquid is non chill- filtered and has a strength of 46% ABV, thus retaining maximum flavor, at the same time giving more body and added depth. It’s whisky with none of the goodness taken out!

Ardbeg Wee Beastie - 5 Year Old
Our whisky creators set out to make the rawest, smokiest Ardbeg ever. The result is Ardbeg Wee Beastie and this tongue-tingling, beautifully smoky dram is the youngest Ardbeg we’ve ever made. A Monster of a Dram, Wee Beastie is a feisty young creature with a formidable taste. The younger the whisky the more powerful the smoke, making this untamed expression stand out amongst all other Islay Malts.

T5 BEAM BOURBON

Little Book Chapter 8 “Path Not Taken”
With Little Book, Master Distiller Freddie Noe explores the possibilities and pleasures of exploration and innovation. Little Book 8 examines the limitless potential of rye-based whiskey. By blending whiskies aged 4 to 18 years, Noe yields an intriguing spirit with flavours of apricot, butterscotch and spice.

Basil Hayden Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
The recipe for this classic Bourbon dates back to 1796. Amber in colour; on the nose are notes of dried apricot, caramel, custard, green peppercorn and hay; on the palate it is medium-bodied and warming, with flavours of white pepper, burnt sugar, dried white flowers and vanilla that finishes with a lingering herbal spice.

Knob Creek 9 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Bright medium copper; aromas of toffee, honey, dried apricots and candied ginger; warming alcohol, medium body, with a finish of caramel and spice.

Baker’s Bourbon 7 Year Old Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Distilled to a lower proof, then barreled and aged for several years in small batches; producing an amber colour, offering notes of toasted nuts, caramelized bananas, orange peel, vanilla, and spice. The robust flavours continue on the warm palate and add balance to the silky texture culminating in a smooth finish.

Booker’s Bourbon 2024-01E Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Booker’s Bourbon is one of the only bourbons available today that is bottled uncut at its natural proof, yielding an intense flavour and nose that is one-of-a-kind. Wayne Gretzky Maple Cask Whisky
A gorgeous release from 99, finishing their whisky in maple syrup barrels.
The mouth-feel is smooth, round and rich, with a touch of sweetness, along with deep notes of spice, oak and toffee. The finish is long and lingering with a smooth texture, a hint of sweetness and flavours of candied nut, spice and caramelized maple syrup.

Wayne Gretzky Double Oaked Whisky
Utilising their in house barrel cooperage, this powerful expression is finished in heavily charred barrels made inhouse giving a rich and oak forward whisky. The mouthfeel is smooth, complex, bold, and balanced, along with full-flavoured notes of smoky oak, vanilla, maple, coconut, caramel, and orchard fruit. The finish is long and lingering with a smooth texture, a hint of sweetness, and flavours of maple and toasted oak.

Wayne Gretzky 99 Proof
At first swirl of the glass, look for top notes of toffee, spice, and grain with a touch of maple sap and sweet smoke. After adding a touch of water, added notes of orange peel, ginger, almond, cinnamon, star anise, vanilla and tree fruit develop. The mouth-feel is smooth,
rich and full, with deep notes of baked cherry, raisin, dried spice, nut and
licorice root.

T12 THE CLASSIC MALTS

Lagavulin Offerman 11 Year Old
This limited-edition Single Malt Scotch is aged 11 years and finished in Caribbean Rum casks. The sweet, smoky aromas of the tropics are complimented by the peaty smoke of Islay, with notes of browned butter, honey blossom and lemon. The flavours are creamy and pronounced with smoky pepper, vanilla and citrus fruit notes.

Singleton of Dufftown 12 Year Old
This is a great introductory single malt that was created with approachability in mind. Rich amber with aromas of brown sugar, espresso, dried fruit and roasted nuts are matched on the polished and smooth palate; the finish is drying and medium length with a pleasant crispness.

Oban Little Bay
Maturation in the smallest casks at the distillery results in a rich dram that pours a deep antiqued gold. The nose is fragrant with aromas of almond, fruit cake and cereal; an oily/waxy palate carries flavours of dried fruit, orange zest, clove and mint finishing long with flavours of dark chocolate. Enjoy neat, or on ice.

Talisker Sky
Produced at the oldest distillery on the Isle of Skye and matured in a combination of toasted American oak casks. Plenty of fresh orange aromas with tropical fruit notes intermingled with seaweed and salt. Soft and sweet at first with a light smokiness that leads to a spicy and lightly peated, dry finish. Serve neat.

Lagavulin 8 Year Old
Big and smoky on the nose with notes of sweet spice, dried dark fruit, caramel, tar, brine and toasted nut. Palate is rich, sweet and smooth with bold flavours of smoky campfire, cumin, molasses and peat with notes of apple crumble and spice.

T13 Johnnie Walker

Johnnie Walker Blue Label
Some of the distilleries that produced these casks no longer exist, making the whiskies not just rare, but irreplaceable; a mellow nose with almost no prickle; velvety mouth-feel, then an explosion of flavour: hazelnuts, rose petals, sherry, oranges.

Johnnie Walker Black Label
As many as forty whiskies make up this satisfyingly complex blend. The nose and flavour are a wonderful combination of dry smokiness, with rich malt and peat overtones balanced by hints of cedar and fruit with trademark dark chocolate and vanilla sweetness.

Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve
Said to be a tribute to the harmonious partnership of Speyside and Highland Whisky this deep amber coloured malt offers aromas of sandalwood, spiced vanilla, toffee and campfire; on the palate it is hot with flavours of roasted nuts, smoke, vanilla and a touch medicinal on the finish.

Johnnie Walker Green Label
Produced using a variety of malts that are individually and carefully matured for 15 years. This unique blend results in a pale amber coloured whisky with a complex and perfectly balanced flavour profile of citrus fruits, fresh cut grass, wood smoke, pepper and vanilla.

Johnnie Walker Aged 18 Years
Inspired by the Walker family's tradition of crafting private blends; this pours a deep amber colour; on the nose there are nuances of grapefruit pith, lavender, wild honey and smoke. On the palate it tastes of dried orange slices, cinnamon, caramel and campfire with lingering notes of spiced vanilla.

T15 Noble Estates

McConnell’s 5 Year Old Irish Whiskey
McConnell's signature Whisky is a select blend of Irish malt and grain whiskies aged for five years in ex-bourbon barrels. It offers citrus fruit aromas with vanilla, sweet and peppery spice and floral notes. The palate shows earthy fruit flavours with butterscotch, finishing with lingering ripe fruit and spice.

Kilchoman Machir Bay Islay Single Malt
Pours a vivid pale gold; the aromas immediately hit your nose with notes of smoke and brine, reminiscent of a seaside bonfire. Digging deeper, one finds integrated aromas of crisp apple, lemon peel, dried heather and honey. On the palate, it is smooth and pleasantly warm, with a lovely marriage of sweet and smoky flavours.

Té Bheag Scotch Whisky 
'Té Bheag' pronounced 'chey vek', not 'tea bag', is bottled without filtration, thus preserving the flavours that are often stripped away when wines or spirits are over filtered. 'Té Bheag', or 'The Little Lady', is the name of the boat on the label and the colloquial Gaelic expression for a 'wee dram'.

T22 Dandurand Wine & Spirits

W.L. Weller Antique 107
Sweet and unusual floral notes and coupled with vanilla. The taste is very well balanced with sweet fruit notes, strong vanilla undertone and sharp spicy tones, with a cinnamon finish.

Blanton’s Single Barrel Bourbon
A deep, satisfying nose of nutmeg and spices. Powerful dry vanilla notes in harmony with hints of honey amid strong caramel and corn. A medium finish composed of returning corn and nutmeg flavors.

The Busker Single Grain
At Royal Oak, the art of crafting The Busker Single Grain whiskey blends tradition with innovation. We handpick the finest spirits and mature them in carefully selected Bourbon casks from the USA and rare Marsala casks from Sicily’s historic Cantine Florio 1833. The result is a delicate, pale straw-hued whiskey with rich layers of sweet caramel, vanilla, and oak. Each sip reveals a subtle hay-like essence and culminates in a satisfying, lingering sweetness.

The Busker
Made with blended whiskey that has a high percentage of Single malt, matured and finished in Bourbon, Marsala and Sherry casks. Aromas of tropical fruits and vanilla lead to sweet malt flavours with dark chocolate, toffee and cinnamon; well balanced with a sweet finish. Serve in cocktails, neat or on the rocks.

The Traveler
Complex aromas of vanilla, aged fruit and buttery shortbread rounded off by caramel and a touch of oak. The palate has just a touch of sweetness, followed by spice, toasted nut and oak flavors, with a robust finish. 

Buffalo Trace
This deep amber whiskey has a complex aroma of vanilla, mint and molasses. Pleasantly sweet to the taste with notes of brown sugar and spice that give way to oak, toffee, dark fruit and anise. This whiskey finishes long and smooth with serious depth.

T23 Maison Gautier Cognac

Gautier VSOP
Gautier Cognac VSOP is a unique and luxurious cognac created by the esteemed Gautier, a French cognac house. This particular VSOP blend is made with a selection of carefully selected cognacs that have each been aged for a minimum of four years in Limousin oak barrels. The result of this aging process gives Gautier Cognac VSOP its distinctive, smooth and complex flavour. On the nose, this VSOP blend offers pleasant aromas of dried fruits, hazelnuts and oak. On the palate, it is round and balanced, offering intense notes of ripe figs, vanilla, toasted almonds and spices. This cognac was designed as an introduction to Gautier’s full range, and makes for a great digestif or aperitif. Enjoy it neat, or in a classic sidecar, French 75 or Sazerac cocktail. Gautier Cognac VSOP would also pair nicely with dessert dishes such as custards, flans and crème brulée due to its rich and velvety flavour.

Gautier VS
Cognac Gautier VS is a popular French brandy produced by the Gautier Cognac family. Dating back to the 19th century, the Gautier Cognac estate is one of the oldest in the region. The Gautier name stands for quality and tradition, with the VS cognac being the entry point for this famous brand. Cognac Gautier VS is blended from a selection of brandies from the same region of France, with vines that are at least four and a half years old, making them younger than the other cognacs. The delicate golden style is created by carefully blending the brandies to give a light yet complex flavour. On the nose, Cognac Gautier VS is aromas of honey, vanilla and raisins, with flavours of toasted almonds, dried fruits, spice and touches of oak. The palate is smooth and supple with a round character and a playful finish. Enjoy Cognac Gautier VS neat or as part of a range of classic cognac-based cocktails.

Batch Proof is crafted using the same grain bill and process as Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon. The 2023 edition is 124.7 Proof. Nose: Very enjoyable. Nutella, cherry, caramel are the main notes. Some oak and grain notes are lightly present. Palate: Hints of banana along with that cherry note. Tons of vanilla. Nice oak presence. Medium mouthfeel. Finish: Long finish. The cherry and banana are lingering longer than other notes. But there is some vanilla, cinnamon and oak to balance it out.

For our uncompromising quest to create the finest spirits, we use the traditional Indian six row barley, which is cultivated using old indigenous practices that rely on organic and sustainable methods. The yield may be smaller but it lends a fruity and floral distinctive taste to the spirits. Gentle and mellow on the nose. Dalmore 12 Year Old
The spirit is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, giving it a base of soft vanilla and honey notes. A proportion of the spirit is then transferred into the finest Sherry casks, some of which have previously held rare and aged Oloroso Sherry, to enhance the whisky's rich character. On the finish, roasted coffee and dark chocolate.

Cigar Malt Reserve
This exquisite whisky was created as the perfect single malt to enjoy with the world's finest cigars. Matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, and finessed in Cabernet Sauvignon red wine barriques and González Byass Sherry casks which have previously contained 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso sherry. The spirit is carefully brought together by our whisky makers, perfectly combining the unique character and flavour of each element.

Jura 10 Year Old
Crafted in exceptionally tall stills and matured for 10 years in America White Oak ex bourbon barrels. The finishing touch is a finish in the finest aged Oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez, Spain. A sweet, smooth whisky with flavours of rich dark chocolate and vanilla cream throughout.

Jura 12 Year Old
This is Jura at its most intense and muscular, yet it remains an approachable whisky that makes the perfect accompaniment to a gathering. Bourbon cask maturation and an aged oloroso sherry finish produce a honeyed sweetness that offer notes of warm spice, banana, soft citrus and a finish of freshly ground coffee and dark chocolate.
