An Aba

D'Usse XO: D'Ussé XO is a blend of cognacs that have been aged in oak for at least 10 years. Delivers rich flavor notes of ripe blackberry and apricot, layered with hints of dark chocolate and walnut, culminating in an exceptionally balanced finish.

Angel's Envy Cask Strength (VIP ONLY) The robust oak and toffee from this 2016 bourbon deftly marries with our hallmark Ruby Port characters. The new addition of Tawny Port-finished bourbon provides the nutty, caramelized fruit character that acts as a bridge between the two flavor profiles. By balancing the bright red berry acidity with the brooding sweetness of dried fruit, we’ve worked to introduce a fresh dimension to this year’s Cask Strength program.

D'Usse VSOP
Aged for at least four and a half years in the cellars of the Château de Cognac in France. On the nose, it reveals a powerful bouquet, rich in woody notes that are layered with touches of cinnamon and floral notes.

Kazoo Single Barrel Canadian Whisky

Kazoo Barrel Strength Canadian Whisky

Glenglassaugh 12 (VIP ONLY)
Matured in bourbon, sherry and red wine casks. On the nose: sweet coastal waves of ripe apricot and fig meld with toasted vanilla and tropical flora. On the palate: candied pistachio, date and sweet fig roll into waves of morello cherry and whipped cream.

Benriach 12
Soft melodies of warm cereal, almond biscotti, maple honey, backed bramble fruit sing from the glass. The palate is equally as soothing with warming notes of chopped hazelnut, macadamia nut, mocha, and red cherry

Benriach Smoky 12
The Smoky Twelve is the perfect marriage of fruit, malt, oak and rich layers of smoke. Crafted from a combination of unpeated and peated spirit and three cask matured for at least twelve years in bourbon barrels, sherry casks, and Marsala wine casks. The whisky from each cask is then expertly married together to create a smooth, creamy single malt, multilayered with flavours of ripened fruit, aromatic smoky sweetness and warming oak spice.

Glendronach 10 year old
Nose: Sweet orange with chocolate and nutmeg. Palate: Red berry fruit, mandarin orange, vanilla and rich milk chocolate. Finish: Lingering currant and Morello cherry with barley sugar and ginger.

Glendronach 12

Whisky Club Release 02 – Seaweed & Peat (VIP ONLY)
The second release from our Whisky Club. Another example of Shelter Points fearless experimentation in the pursuit of excellence. This barrel was smoked in 2020 with a combination of seaweed from the shores of Shelter Point Farm and local island peat, the smoke infusing into the wood of the empty barrel.

Glenfarclas 105 Cask Strength Single Malt Whisky
Sweet scents of Boston cream pie, citrus, and fresh forest, growing more fragrant as the liquid rests in the glass. On the palate, the citrus sweetens to baked orange tart and lemon meringue pie, with underpinnings of chocolate malt, raisins, and pepper spice. The mouthfeel is creamy and concentrated, and the finish is like a rich, full, spiced chocolate dessert.

Our Master Distiller, Robert Fleming, created this small batch bottling by specially selecting Tomintoul aged in exceptional ex-bourbon American oak barrels, which are then married & finished in hand selected Cognac casks from France. The process of ‘finishing’ creates a beautifully rich, complex & full flavoured single malt scotch whisky.

Tomintoul Seiridh Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish
Pronounced “sheh-ree” which is Gaelic for Sherry This perfectly balanced single malt has been matured in American Oak Bourbon casks before being finished in specially selected Oloroso Sherry butts from Jerez in Andalucia, Spain.

Tomintoul Peated
To mintoul Peated is distilled in the traditional manner however, unlike most Speyside malts, this single malt has been distilled with peated malted barley to impart a distinctive smoky flavour.

Nikka Whisky

Nikka Whisky - Coffey Malt Whisky (VIP ONLY)
The Coffey still is the world's first patented continuous still invented by Aeneas Coffey in 1830. While Masataka Taketsuru was staying in Scotland, he had an opportunity to learn how to distill grain whisky in a Coffey still firsthand from craftsmen at James Calder in Bo'ness in 1919. This unique Japanese whisky is made from 100% malted barley, distilled in a Coffey still and is matured in old casks to enhance the rich maltiness, complexity and silky texture.

Nikka Whisky - Yoichi Single Malt
Nikka Whisky’s first distillery and guardian of their tradition, Yoichi is located on the coast of Hokkaido. A subtle blend of Yoichi casks of various ages, of which a large portion was matured in ex-sherry casks, the perfect representative of Nikka’s historic single malt expresses a delicate balance between smoky, fruity and floral aromas with refined coastal and peat notes.

Kyrö Malt is a single batch rye whisky made from 100% malted whole grain rye. It is double pot distilled and aged in new American white oak casks for at least a three year period. Rye has a very special place in the hearts of Finns.

Kyrö Wood Smoke is made from 100% malted Finnish whole-grain rye. Following an old Northern tradition, the malt is alder smoked in a 100-year-old barn. The whisky is double pot-distilled and matured in ex-bourbon, French oak and new American white oak barrels, resulting in intense pepperiness and sweet notes of caramel and vanilla lifted by crisp alder smoke.

Craft Scottish Distilleries

Hearach First Fill Oloroso Cask Matured (VIP ONLY)
The new Oloroso expression is entirely matured in first fill Oloroso sherry butts, for a bold and deeply aromatic spirit that builds upon the complexity and drinkability that fans of The Hearach have come to expect, while tapping into growing consumer interest in sherry matured whisky. The rich dram features notes of orange peel, warming spices, fireside smoke and toasted hazelnuts that evoke a cosy winter evening – an antidote to the cooler nights as the evenings become longer and the autumnal chill sets in.

Hearach Single Malt
The Hearach single malt whisky was made using soft Outer Hebridean waters from the Abhainn Cnoc a ’Charrain, which runs over the oldest rocks on earth, and 100% Scottish Concerto barley that was lightly peated at 12-15ppm using peat cut by hand at 'Cleite Mhòr', an area of South Harris where peat has been harvested for generations. This Scotch also benefits from a long fermentation that runs for up to five days, as well as maturation for at least five years in three cask types, Fino butts, first-fill bourbon, and oloroso sherry casks.

Isle of Raasay Single Malt Scotch
Small batch distilled and matured in a combination of first-fill rye whiskey barrels, fresh Chinkapin oak and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks. Honey gold in colour with light red wine hues. Fragrant, with rich dark fruit and subtle smokiness, elegant and complex. Sip neat or over ice.

Arbikie 1749 Highland Rye Single Grain
Arbikie 1794 Highland Rye Single Grain Scotch Whisky is a celebration of the field to bottle approach to distilling that took place at Arbikie in 1794 - reviving a genuinely authentic way of distilling. As with our limited-edition, we combined rye with new charred American oak. But for 1794, maturation is entirely in this lively new oak, creating exciting flavours and aromas to fire the imagination and senses.

"Glasgow 1770 Single Msalt Scotch Whisky: Triple Distilled
This single malt combines the finest concerto malted barley with the incredibly pure water of Loch Katrine and is fermented for over 72 hours before being distilled painstakingly slowly in our traditional copper pot stills, three times. The resulting new make spirit is wonderfully fruity and bright and is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and virgin American oak casks which are married together before bottling.

Probably one of the most interesting noses, mouth feel and taste in a whisky at this show.
Green coffee beans were aged in freshly dumped whisky barrels and then our whisky was finished in those barrels. This is truly an Innovative whisky.

Two Brewers Release # 44 Sherry Barrel
A 9yr old single malt that spent 2 yrs in fresh PX Sherry barrels. We won Best Single Malt in Canada for our Sherry Barrel release # 41 in 2024. Who knows how Two Brewers 44 will do in 2025.

ARDBEG ANTHOLOGY - UNICORN’S TALE 14Y0 (VIP ONLY)
The “Anthology” will tell a story of three rare and strange liquids: Experimental maturation in which Dr. Bill crossed classic Ardbeg smoke with sweeter, more delicate notes. The result: a merging of ‘cask’ species, creating entirely new Ardbeg. This second edition in the collection has been aged for 14 years in a marriage of aromatic Madeira casks and classic Ardbeg Bourbon casks.

ARDBEG 17 YEAR OLD (VIP ONLY)
Released over 25 years ago in 1997, 17 Years Old was one of the first bottles to leave the Distillery after its reopening. Dr. Bill Lumsden has meticulously crafted this release to mirror the original, retracing the flavor profile note by note and choosing to bottle at 40% strength, just as it was back then.

ARDBEG TEN YEARS OLD
Ardbeg Ten Years Old is revered around the world as the peatiest, smokiest, most complex single malt of them all. Yet it does not flaunt the peat; rather it gives way to the natural sweetness of the malt to produce a whisky of perfect balance. The liquid is non chill-filtered and has a strength of 46% ABV, thus retaining maximum flavor, at the same time giving more body and added depth. It’s whisky with none of the goodness taken out!

ARDBEG WEE BEASTIE
Our whisky creators set out to make the rawest, smokiest Ardbeg ever. The result is Ardbeg Wee Beastie and this tongue-tingling, beautifully smoky dram is the youngest Ardbeg we’ve ever made. A Monster of a Dram, Wee Beastie is a feisty young creature with a formidable taste. The younger the whisky the more powerful the smoke, making this untamed expression stand out amongst all other Islay Malts.

ARDBEG AN OA
An Oa brings together the finest casks in a specially designed marrying vat, the result is a whisky of complex contrasts: all the power and intensity of Ardbeg wrapped in an alluring silkiness. Round and subtly smoky, the depth of this non chill-filtered Islay single malt offers a curious suggestion of juicy peach and banana. The smooth, creamy taste is defined by syrupy sweetness, with flavors of milk chocolate, treacle toffee, aniseed, orange and smoky tea leaves. The distinct finish a lingering one, gentle yet intense.

ARDBEG CORRYVRECKAN
Ardbeg Corryvreckan is named after Europe’s largest, and the world’s second largest whirlpool which lies beside the Hebridean Isles of Islay and Jura, off the West Coast of Scotland. Celebrated in Celtic mystery and legend, its raw, magnetic power exactly mirrors the big and untamed spirit of Ardbeg – the peatiest, smokiest and most complex of all Islay whiskies. The incredibly intense, spicy, tarry depths resulting from the French Oak influence is perfectly balanced with the addition of ‘classic’ Ardbeg.

The new Glenmorangie Nectar comes from a desire to take something which is already totally delicious, and make it even more sumptuously sweet, delicious, complex and utterly irresistible! Originally inspired by Dr Bill’s numerous visits to French patisseries, where he marvelled at all the sweet scents of fresh baking swirling around…. Using silky smooth creamy Glenmorangie from ex-bourbon casks, the whisky is then finished in a range of sweet white wine casks, which combine to offer a stunningly sweet taste experience.

Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 14 YO
The Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban has been matured in American White Oak ex-Bourbon barrels before being extra matured in specially selected Ruby port pipes from the Quintas, or wine estates, of Portugal. Wood finishing in these port pipes develops Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban into a voluptuous spirit with a complex balance of sweet and dry flavors.

Glenmorangie Lasanta 12 YO
The Glenmorangie Lasanta has spent ten years maturing in American White Oak ex-Bourbon barrels before being extra matured for two years in ex-Oloroso and renowned Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks from Jerez in Spain. The result is a Single Malt Scotch with luscious, soft, mouth-filling texture and a deep, enticing, sweet aroma.

A relentless search for the most flavorful oak in the world took us from our own wooded mountains in Wicklow to those in the volcanic north of Japan, Hokkaido, where we found Mizunara, the most sought-after oak in the whiskey world. This whiskey is vivid, but delicate with seamless depth. It is vibrant, fruity, and floral on the nose, enjoying a luxuriously smooth mouthfeel with notes of dark chocolate orange, sandalwood and cinnamon synonymous with Mizunara whiskeys.

Glendalough Double Barrel
Double Gold, San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2021. Glendalough's Double Barrel has sucked the marrow out of two casks, bourbon and oloroso. They each bring their own unique flavour and character. While the bourbon barrels add, among other things, sweet, smooth vanilla notes, the oloroso casks layer on those dried fruit and slightly nutty flavours. And of course these are all accented by almost four years resting in Ireland's mild maritime climate.

Glendalough Pot Still
Our Pot Still Irish Whiskey is finished in 250 litre hogshead, slow toasted Irish oak casks. These trees are harvested in the Wicklow mountains under a Continuous Cover Forest Management System in which we plant 7 saplings for every oak felled.​​ This whiskey features flavours of Irish oak which complement and balance the classic pot still spices with notes of cinnamon & nutmeg.​

Fettercairn 16 year old is an invitation to enjoy the tropical essence of our house style. The body of this Highland Single Malt offers a body of delicious grilled pineapple and the purest Madagascan vanilla, giving way to passion fruit, rich honey and fragrant rose petal. The finish is a flourish of mandarin, cacao and slow baked ginger.

Jura 14
Matured in American white oak ex bourbon and hand selected American Rye barrels, the casks deliver depth and complexity to our 14-year-old single malt with layered spice, aromatic, herbal and floral qualities. On the palate, you’ll taste toffee apple richness and pecan pie with layers of cinnamon, vibrant vanilla, honey, cacao and hazelnut.

Jura 18
Matured for eighteen long years in American White Oak ex bourbon barrels, this whisky is then beautifully enriched by superior Premier Grand Cru Classé Bordeaux red wine barriques from the South of France. The result is an incredibly rich and fruity whisky, with flavours of cooked raspberries, warm spice, rich caramel and crème anglaise. Warm spice and rich black forest fruit, bolstered by cooked raspberries and strawberries and a hint of chocolate.
