Beth Havers aka Aunt Beth got her start baking as a child with her father but it was the unique circumstances of 2020 that gave rise to Aunt Beth’s Whisky inspired treats. with over 20 years of experience in the spirits industry, Beth is internationally recognized as being a the best in her field. Whisky is delicious but is often considered intimidating. Beth has always strived to find ways to break down the barriers and make whisky approachable and fun and what’s more fun than treats! We have worked with some of the most beloved distilleries to create fantastically delicious recipes that you are bound to love. One bite and you will be hooked!

Rich and floral with oaky overtones and hints of baking spices. Malty caramel, delicate, dried raisins and vanilla. Long, sweet with hints of nuts.’

Honey, pear, and apple with hints of almond and citrus. Apple pie crust, caramel, and vanilla. Lingering fruit with subtle hints of spice.

Glen Grant 15YO
Floral, citrus, apple, honeydew melon, caramel, and oak. Honey, vanilla, apricot marmalade, malt, and spice. Long, malty, honey, apple and soft spice.

Courvoisier V.S.
The Bon Bois and the Fins Bois are distilled without lees, elevating the fruit notes of apple, pear, and grapefruit to the forefront. The spring blossom burst forth from the distinctive house style of Maison Courvoisier. The Petite Champagne distilled with lees adds complexity and length to our VS cognac, beautifully balanced with a fresh oaky finish.

Courvoisier V.S.O.P.
The maturity of late stone fruits, drawn from the Borderies, Petite Champagne and Grande Champagne unveil a unique complexity. Fins Bois allows for a soft summer Jasmine to take the lead in this blend. Aged up to twelve years in our own proprietary barrels, VSOP cognac’s aging techniques provide hints of gingerbread with a silky finish.

Nikka Whisky

Nikka Whisky - Coffey Malt Whisky
The Coffey still is the world's first patented continuous still invented by Aeneas Coffey in 1830. While Masataka Taketsuru was staying in Scotland, he had an opportunity to learn how to distill grain whisky in a Coffey still firsthand from craftsmen at James Calder in Bo'ness in 1919. This unique Japanese whisky is made from 100% malted barley, distilled in a Coffey still and is matured in old casks to enhance the rich maltiness, complexity and silky texture.

Nikka Whisky - Yoichi Single Malt
Nikka Whisky’s first distillery and guardian of their tradition, Yoichi is located on the coast of Hokkaido. A subtle blend of Yoichi casks of various ages, of which a large portion was matured in ex-sherry casks, the perfect representative of Nikka’s historic Japanese single malt expresses a delicate balance between smoky, fruity and floral aromas with refined coastal and peat notes.

Nikka Whisky - Miyagikyo Single Malt
Located in the valley of Miyagi, a region known for its pure air and the quality of its natural springs, the Miyagikyo distillery produces a refined malt whisky with a signature fruity and floral freshness. The Miyagikyo Japanese single malt bottling represents the perfect expression of the distillery’s delicate character, with an emphasis on ex-sherry casks for maturation to bring added depth to this whisky’s natural charm.

Nikka Whisky - Taketsuru Pure Malt
A tribute to Masataka Taketsuru, the father of Japanese whisky and founder of Nikka. As a disciplined craftsman, Taketsuru has always been in search of perfection in the art of blending his whiskies, a personality trait that inspired Nikka to create the Taketsuru Pure Malt. This whisky is a blend of casks from Yoichi and Miyagikyo, Nikka’s two distilleries, and showcases an exquisite balance between great softness and deep complexity.

Nikka Whisky - From the Barrel
This cask-strength blend of Miyagikyo and Yoichi single malt with grain whisky carries refined and complex honeycomb aromas with apricot fruit and spicy clove notes. Following this, is a powerful and firm palate of pepper spice and oak, evolving onto ripe fruits, caramelized apple and subtle peat.

Kanya by Paul John was the first expression released in the Paul John Zodiac series and is the Indian counterpart of the highly appealing 6th zodiac sign, Virgo. Asian Whisky of the Year in 2018 Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible with a score of 96/100. Now introducing to Canada, this second release presents an earthy sensuousness with its unpeated characteristics. Matured for 7 years in American white oak, delectable aromas of citrusy spice and tropical fruit makes way for creamy, butterscotch sweetness with the slightest hint of salt. Rare complexities and exquisitely balanced dryness make Kanya perhaps one of the softest Indian whiskies ever bottled. 50%

Roulette by John Distilleries

Paul John Indian Single Malt - Peated
An unexpected balance of flavours offering smoky, sweet and earthy fragrances with a mellow spice on the nose, with muscovado and demerara sugar layers and smokiness with hickory and cocoa on the palate, and a tart edge of marmalade in the finish. 55.5%

Paul John Single Malt – PX
This dark copper expression has complex aromas of fig and apricot with hints of banana. Sweet barley with creamy butterscotch and dry fruits on the palate with chocolate fudge, delicate orange peel and nuts in the long and exquisite finish. Intense sweetness found in Spanish dessert sherry. 48%

Tomintoul 10-Year-Old
Classic expression of Tomintoul Single Malt matured exclusively in American white oak ex-bourbon casks to create a honey, citrus fruit and vanilla flavour profile.

Tomintoul Cognac Cask Finish
Our Master Distiller, Robert Fleming, created this small batch bottling by specially selecting Tomintoul aged in exceptional ex-bourbon American oak barrels, which are then married & finished in hand selected Cognac casks from France. The process of ‘finishing’ creates a beautifully rich, complex & full flavoured single malt scotch whisky.

Glencadam 10-Year-Old
A crisp, fresh and citrus flavoured single malt, matured for a minimum of ten years in American oak ex-bourbon casks. Bottled at 46% with no added colour nor chill-filtration for a natural taste.

Glencadam Reserva PX Sherry Cask Finish
Glencadam Reserva PX Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been created in small batches by our Master Distiller, who has carefully selected single malt matured in exceptional American oak ex-bourbon casks from our historic dunnage warehouses. The single malt in these casks has been expertly married then finished in hand selected Pedro Ximénez Sherry butts from Andalucía, Spain.

The seed for the nectar of the gods was sown in the barren desert. Many millennia have passed since barley has bloomed in the inhospitable climate of Rajasthan. For our uncompromising quest to create the finest spirits, we use the traditional Indian six row barley, which is cultivated using old indigenous practices that rely on organic and sustainable methods. The yield may be smaller but it lends a fruity and floral distinctive taste to the spirits.

Penelope Barrel Strength
A Blend of 3 bourbon mash bills comprised of four grains (Corn, Wheat, Rye, and Malted Barley).. This bourbon is smooth caramel syrup, brown sugar, subtle barrel char, and hints of butterscotch and creme brulee.

Westland Distillery

Garryana 6
Perhaps the most special of releases for American single malt whiskey, the Westland Garryana takes single malt from the Seattle-born distiller and matures it in a very special type of oak (Garryana) that’s native to the Pacific Northwest. In Edition 6, the Garry oak-matured malt co-mingles with both Brandy and Sherry casks. The Brandy gives a bright filter to the savory spice of Garry Oak. The Pedro Ximénez, its classic darker fruits with muted sweetness. Both add something distinct while leaving enough space for the roasted, earthy flavors from the Garry Oak to shine.

LIMITED RELEASE - Michter's US*1 Toasted Barrel Finish Bourbon is a groundbreaking whiskey expression. It is made by taking Michter's US*1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon and then aging it for an additional period in a second custom made barrel. The truly unique and delicious taste represents a remarkable achievement given that it is Kentucky Straight Bourbon with nothing extra added except placement in a second toasted barrel.

Michter's US*1 American Whiskey
Michter's US*1 Unblended American Whiskey is aged in a way that utilizes whiskey-soaked barrels to achieve a rich and unique flavour profile. In late 2013, then Master Distiller Willie Pratt agreed to re-release our US*1 Unblended American Whiskey after a nearly three-year absence from the market, deeming it "just right" and "the best it's ever been." Crucially, our US*1 Unblended American Whiskey never contains grain neutral spirits - hence its "unblended" distinction.

Woodford Reserve Distillers Select
The art of making fine bourbon first took place on the site of the Woodford Reserve Distillery, a National Historic Landmark, in 1812. The perfectly balanced taste of our Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is comprised of more than 200 detectable flavor notes, from bold grain and wood, to sweet aromatics, spice, and fruit & floral notes.

An innovative approach to twice-barreled bourbon creates the rich and colorful flavor of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked. Uniquely matured in separate, charred oak barrels – the second barrel deeply toasted before a light charring – extracts additional soft, sweet oak character.

Jack Daniels Bonded
Jack Daniels Bonded uses the perfect mix of corn, rye and barley, it is distilled by a single distiller in one season and matured in a government-bonded warehouse for a minimum of four years. This results in an elevated experience with complex and layered notes of caramel, rich oak and spice. Enjoy neat or over ice.

Gentleman Jack
Double charcoal mellowing is what gives this gentleman his smooth and refined character. In the glass, this shows aromas of caramel, vanilla, peach and light spice. The palate is elegant with sweet fruit and vanilla flavour followed by a touch of warmth on a long, smooth finish.

Craft Scotch Distilleries

Hearach First Fill Oloroso Cask Matured
The new Oloroso expression is entirely matured in first fill Oloroso sherry butts, for a bold and deeply aromatic spirit that builds upon the complexity and drinkability that fans of The Hearach have come to expect, while tapping into growing consumer interest in sherry matured whisky. The rich dram features notes of orange peel, warming spices, fireside smoke and toasted hazelnuts that evoke a cosy winter evening – an antidote to the cooler nights as the evenings become longer and the autumnal chill sets in.

Hearach Single Malt
The Hearach single malt whisky was made using soft Outer Hebridean waters from the Abhainn Cnoc a ’Charrain, which runs over the oldest rocks on earth, and 100% Scottish Concerto barley that was lightly peated at 12-15ppm using peat cut by hand at 'Cleite Mhòr', an area of South Harris where peat has been harvested for generations. This Scotch also benefits from a long fermentation that runs for up to five days, as well as maturation for at least five years in three cask types, Fino butts, first-fill bourbon, and oloroso sherry casks. The island's unique climate will also play a big role in the profile of The Hearach, which was bottled at 46% ABV without chill-filtration or any additional colouring.

Isle of Raasay Single Malt Scotch
Small batch distilled and matured in a combination of first-fill rye whiskey barrels, fresh Chinkapin oak and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks. Honey gold in colour with light red wine hues. Fragrant, with rich dark fruit and subtle smokiness, elegant and complex. Sip neat or over ice.

Arbikie 1749 Highland Rye Single Grain
Arbikie 1794 Highland Rye Single Grain Scotch Whisky is a celebration of the field to bottle approach to distilling that took place at Arbikie in 1794 - reviving a genuinely authentic way of distilling. As with our limited-edition, we combined rye with new charred American oak. But for 1794, maturation is entirely in this lively new oak, creating exciting flavours and aromas to fire the imagination and senses.

Glasgow 1770 Single Malt Scotch Whisky: Peated
Peated Release No.1 is a bold, smoky addition to the 1770 range. The finest malted barley is smoked to 50PPM with the aromatic heather-rich peat of the Scottish Highlands; combined with the exceptionally pure water of Loch Katrine and distilled in copper pot stills, Tara and Mhairi. Matured in first fill ex-sherry butts, finished in virgin oak and non-chill filtered, 1770 Peated Release No.1 is a sublime and sophisticated smoky single malt.

Kujira & Shinobu

Kujira Ryukyu Whisky 10YO Bourbon Barrel Limited Edition
KUJIRA 10 Years Old Bourbon Barrel was distilled from 100% premium Indica rice, and matured in Bourbon casks for more than 10 years. It has a fresh sweetness of nectar, floral and cinnamon on the nose and licorice, green raisins and dates on the palate, with a long finish.

Kujira Ryukyu Whisky Inari
From one of the oldest distilleries in Okinawa comes an inspired creation named “Kujira,” or whale, a guardian of peace and nature, and Inari, the mythological god of rice cultivation. Distilled from 100% premium rice and combined with a variety of hand-selected whiskies, the result is a harmony of flavors as lovely as the Ryukyu islands themselves. A tropical, fruity spice meets delicate oak and butterscotch, and a long, sweet finish caps off the beautiful balance of Kujira Inari.

Kujira Ryukyu Whisky 5YO
This Ryukyu Whisky is made entirely from rice and aged in oak casks in Okinawa’s subtropical climate. Distilled from 100% Indica rice and matured in white oak virgin casks for 5 plus years, it has a rich woody aroma and dark fruity flavor with notes of caramel, vanilla, and pepper.

Shinobu Bourbon-Based Blended Whisky
The Shinobu Bourbon Blended Whisky is a one of a kind spirit crafted by master blender, Ken Usami. This small batch, finished in Mizunara oak, is a subtly balanced fusion of American bourbon and Japanese whisky, with sweet and nutty notes surrounded by a vanilla aroma and slight incense of sandalwood.

Shinobu Single Malt Small Batch
Combining traditional Japanese feathered wing totems with ukiyo-e art, the SHINOBU SINGLE MALT Whisky Small Batch edition design embodies the spirit of bushido, the way of the warrior. Matured in bourbon barrels and Mizunara casks for a minimum of three years before being blended and harmonized. Limited edition, with only 3,000 bottles available worldwide.

Kilchoman & Kyro

Kilchoman Batch Strength
The Batch Strength release, created by Anthony Wills, was matured in a combination of re-charred red wine casks, oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels. A few drops of Kilchoman spring water were added post maturation to produce a Batch Strength of 57% abv, blending the natural power and character of Kilchoman with dark fruits, rich spices and salted caramel sweetness.

Kilchoman Machir Bay Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Named after the most spectacular beach on Islay, Machir Bay is the flagship of the Kilchoman range. Matured in ex-bourbon barrels and Oloroso Sherry butts, it balances classic Islay peat character with caramel, vanilla, and citrus sweetness.

Kilchoman Sanaig Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Sanaig, named after a rocky inlet north-west of the distillery, has a predominantly sherry cask influence. The oloroso cask maturation adds layers of intense richness, stoned fruit, soft peat smoke and spices.

Kyrö Malt Rye Whisky
Kyrö Malt is a single batch rye whisky made from 100% malted whole grain rye. It is double pot distilled and aged in new American white oak casks for at least a three year period. Rye has a very special place in the hearts of Finns.

Kyrö Wood Smoke Whisky
Kyrö Wood Smoke is made from 100% malted Finnish whole-grain rye. Following an old Northern tradition, the malt is alder smoked in a 100-year-old barn. The whisky is double pot-distilled and matured in ex-bourbon, French oak and new American white oak barrels, resulting in intense pepperiness and sweet notes of caramel and vanilla lifted by crisp alder smoke.

Captain Shorts' Reserve started it's life in our local north Okanagan fields before being fermented, double-distilled and laid to rest for 5 years in one of our custom toasted white oak casks. From there this Lot 3, 2025 Reserve was racked and transferred into a newly emptied port barrel for an additional 6 months, and then, to impart additional smokey toasted oak notes, it was re-introduced into another one of our custom white-oak cask for an additional 4 months. Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 14 YO
The Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban has been matured in American White Oak ex-Bourbon barrels before being extra matured in specially selected Ruby port pipes from the Quintas, or wine estates, of Portugal. Wood finishing in these port pipes develops Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban into a voluptuous spirit with a complex balance of sweet and dry flavors.

The Glenmorangie Lasanta has spent ten years maturing in American White Oak ex-Bourbon barrels before being extra matured for two years in ex-Oloroso and renowned Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks from

ARDBEG ANTHOLOGY - UNICORN’S TALE 14YO
The “Anthology” will tell a story of three rare and strange liquids: Experimental maturation in which Dr. Bill crossed classic Ardbeg smoke with sweeter, more delicate notes. The result: a merging of ‘cask’ species, creating entirely new Ardbeg.
This second edition in the collection has been aged for 14 years in a marriage
of aromatic Madeira casks and classic Ardbeg Bourbon casks.

ARDBEG TEN YEARS OLD
Ardbeg Ten Years Old is revered around the world as the peatiest, smokiest, most complex single malt of them all. Yet it does not flaunt the peat; rather it gives way to the natural sweetness of the malt to produce a whisky of perfect balance. The liquid is non chill-filtered and has a strength of 46% ABV, thus retaining maximum flavor, at the same time giving more body and added depth. It’s whisky with none of the goodness taken out!

ARDBEG WEE BEASTIE
Our whisky creators set out to make the rawest, smokiest Ardbeg ever. The result is Ardbeg Wee Beastie and this tongue-tingling, beautifully smoky dram is the youngest Ardbeg we’ve ever made. A Monster of a Dram, Wee Beastie is a feisty young creature with a formidable taste. The younger the whisky the more powerful the smoke, making this untamed expression stand out amongst all other Islay Malts.

ARDBEG AN OA
An Oa brings together the finest casks in a specially designed marrying vat, the result is a whisky of complex contrasts: all the power and intensity of Ardbeg wrapped in an alluring silkiness. Round and subtly smoky, the depth of this non chill-filtered Islay single malt offers a curious suggestion of juicy peach and banana. The smooth, creamy taste is defined by syrupy sweetness, with flavors of milk chocolate, treacle toffee, aniseed, orange and smoky tea leaves. The distinct finish a lingering one, gentle yet intense.

ARDBEG UIGEADAIL
Ardbeg Uigeadail (pronounced ‘Oog-a-dal’) is a special vatting that marries Ardbeg’s traditional deep, smoky notes with luscious, raisiny tones of old ex-Sherry casks. It’s non-chill filtered at a high strength, which retains maximum flavor and gives more body and added depth. Uigeadail is Celtic for dark and mysterious.

Meikle Toir The Sherry
GlenAllachie single malt made using mainland peat from St. Fergus, the sweet phenolic content of the whisky amounts to 35 PPM. A lengthy fermentation period of 160 hours results in a fruit-forward spirit that lends itself perfectly to ageing in the finest Sherry oak.

Angel's Envy Cask Strength
The robust oak and toffee from this 2016 bourbon deftly marries with our hallmark Ruby Port characters. The new addition of Tawny Port-finished bourbon provides the nutty, caramelized fruit character that acts as a bridge between the two flavor profiles. By balancing the bright red berry acidity with the brooding sweetness of dried fruit, we’ve worked to introduce a fresh dimension to this year’s Cask Strength program.

D'Usse VSOP
Aged for at least four and a half years in the cellars of the Château de Cognac in France. On the nose, it reveals a powerful bouquet, rich in woody notes that are layered with touches of cinnamon and floral notes.

Angel's Envy Bourbon
At Angel’s Envy, we take care to artfully blend our product – blending twice, both before our secondary finishing and after – to ensure an exacting taste profile at each point. With a Gold color laced with reddish amber hues, nearly copper in tone. Our bourbon is finished in port wine barrels which adds subtly distinct flavor nuances that enhance the whiskey without challenging it.

Angel's Envy Rye
Spending up to 18 months finishing in Caribbean rum casks, the taste profile of our finished rye whiskey is genuinely unique and worthy of Master Distiller Lincoln Henderson’s legacy. A great entry into this brand, the eight-year-old Glenfarclas single malt offers sweet and nutty notes of walnuts, marzipan, buttery pastry, green grass, vanilla fudge and raisins throughout the palate.

Glenfarclas 12 Year Old Single Malt Whisky
This is fresh and beautifully light with sherried fruit, with warm and inviting with notes of cinnamon-sprinkled apples, oranges, apricots. The mouthfeel is somewhat silky and is quite spicy at first with vanilla, touches of ginger, pepper and cloves with faint notes of burnt caramel.

Holyrood EMBRA Single Malt Whisky
